Excellent opportunity for a Developer to take on a key internal role with a growing electronics manufacturer. This is a high-impact position focused on ERP customization, internal tool development, and digital transformation initiatives.
On offer is a technically varied role where you'll develop custom applications, collaborate closely with internal departments, and contribute to modernizing critical systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You'll join a tight-knit IT team as their third hire, supporting a business that designs and manufactures control systems used in challenging environments including oil & gas, marine, mining, power generation, and industrial automation. With new investment into digital systems, there's a clear path for long-term growth and specialization.
In this position, you'll be responsible for developing and supporting internal web-hosted tools, integrating them with ERP systems, and working directly with stakeholders to streamline workflows. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full stack, and benefit from ERP training as the business transitions from legacy systems.
This role would suit a detail-oriented and proactive developer with 2+ years of experience (or a strong intern-level candidate) who is eager to grow into a business systems specialist or internal ERP consultant.
