Vice President for University Advancement President and CEO of BGSU Foundation, Inc. Bowling Green State University Bowling Green, Ohio
Lead advancement strategy for one of Ohio's most innovative public research universities, empowering bold philanthropy and lifelong alumni engagement.
In partnership with Lindauer, Bowling Green State University is seeking a dynamic and innovative advancement leader to serve as its next Vice President for University Advancement and President and CEO of the BGSU Foundation, Inc.
Reporting to the President and partnering closely with the BGSU Foundation Board, this leader will play a transformative role in launching and executing the University's next comprehensive fundraising campaign, while setting a strategic vision that inspires inclusive philanthropy and donor engagement at the highest level.
With a strong momentum of record enrollments, groundbreaking research, and $33M+ in annual fundraising, BGSU is poised for significant growth.
In this role, you will: • Design and execute BGSU's next major fundraising campaign with a focus on principal and transformational gifts. • Lead the Division of University Advancement, integrating alumni engagement, corporate partnerships, storytelling, and stewardship. • Build strong donor and alumni networks and cultivate lifelong relationships that drive philanthropic support. • Advance the mission of the BGSU Foundation, with fiduciary oversight and a focus on long-term sustainability. • Partner with the President and University leadership to align advancement efforts with institutional priorities.
