The
Epic Clinical Systems Analyst III
ensures that the operational interests of their respective functional areas are being fully represented in the day-to-day operations of the Information Systems Department. This role supports the Epic Clinical applications deployed within the Harris Health System.
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's degree in an Information Systems / Clinical Informatics related field or 4 years of related IT experience in a Healthcare environment. Certification for at least one Epic Clinical Application - OpTime
Work Experience :
5+ Years within I.T. Three (3) Years Hospital Health Care Organizations Business Analysis

Communication Skills:
Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)
Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking)
Writing /Composing (Correspondence / Reports)
Other Skills
Analytical, Design, Research, Statistical
Advanced Education
Bachelors Degree Major: Bachelor's degree in an Information Systems / Clinical Informatics related field or 4 years of related IT/Clinical experience in a Healthcare environment
Work Schedule: On Call
Other Requirements
Be available to work on site (after hours) as needed
Experience providing hands-on clinical patient care in a hospital or clinic setting preferred.
At least 1 year of Epic Project and/or Epic Team Lead experience preferred.
Healthcare Information Technology experience.
Understands the limitations and opportunities presented by the applications supported.
Ability to recommend process improvements based upon industry standards in addition to resolving integrated process issues.
Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously, be able to prioritize effectively, and meet overlapping deadlines. Seniority level
