Job Description
TriTech Enterprise Systems (TriTech) is seeking an
Expert Systems Analyst Operations
to support a State of Maryland contract in Baltimore, MD. This hybrid contract is anticipated from July 14, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with two additional one-year options from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028. The candidate's duties include: Install, configure, and manage Informatica Power Center, including assessing impacts of upgrades. Identify and troubleshoot system outages, installation issues, and application errors in Java applications on AWS. Generate and install security certificates and PGP keys. Work with Control-M or equivalent tools to create and schedule batch jobs. Restore Informatica services and manage user access and governance. Configure and troubleshoot SSL certificates. Understand and improve scripts related to applications, batches, and web services. Identify issues in JBoss/Tomcat/Informatica/Control M environments. Provide recommendations for issue resolution and risk mitigation. Automate tasks using Jenkins or similar configuration management tools. Manage and monitor Splunk for application monitoring. Support software releases and change control adherence. Perform scheduled maintenance, including patching, tuning, and backups. Execute batch scripts during various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Plan for capacity and scalability needs. Manage incidents and change requests via JIRA Service Desk. Work in rotation shifts and adhere to security and project policies. Configure and troubleshoot Redhat JBoss, Fuse, Apache, and Tomcat servers. Read logs for troubleshooting system issues. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Minimum Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter operations, administration, or troubleshooting. At least 3 years of experience as a Batch Operator using Control-M or similar. At least 2 years working with PostgreSQL or similar databases. Experience in health insurance, healthcare, or human services sectors. Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex systems. Experience with application and batch integration. Knowledge of SQL and database functions. Ability to troubleshoot issues collaboratively in a team environment. Qualifications: At least 5 years supporting daily operations of complex enterprise systems. At least 5 years supporting batch operations in enterprise environments. At least 3 years troubleshooting JBoss/Tomcat applications in AWS. Experience providing solutions and risk mitigation in complex infrastructure environments. Experience with Control-M or similar batch management tools. Experience managing web systems on AWS. Understanding of EDI operations. Knowledge of Java runtime concepts.
