As an Expert-level Systems Architect at Mission Intelligence Group, you will take the lead in designing and developing innovative solutions for complex application challenges. Your expertise in API design, data services, platform services, cloud services, and infrastructure services will be essential in meeting user requirements while aligning with our strategic goals and Enterprise Architecture. You will assist the government in guiding the design, development, maintenance, and documentation of solution architectures, ensuring traceability to the Enterprise Architecture. In this role, you will analyze user requirements, procedures, and challenges to automate or enhance existing systems, reviewing computer system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling. Furthermore, you will oversee and coordinate the efforts of Senior-, Mid-, and Junior-level Systems Architects, driving the development of proposed architecture changes based on technological advancements and thorough requirement analysis. Excellent communication skills are crucial, as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and present architectural designs to stakeholders clearly and persuasively. A deep understanding of system architecture principles and frameworks is necessary, alongside the ability to evaluate emerging technologies and their applicability to current challenges. Successful candidates will also exhibit leadership qualities, guiding and mentoring junior architects while fostering a collaborative team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset are vital to meet user needs effectively. Finally, a commitment to high-quality standards and a drive for excellence will ensure your solutions consistently align with strategic goals and enhance overall organizational performance. Required Skills and Experience: Active TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or related equivalent additional experience. Expert-level experience in government or industry in relevant work areas including: Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, Department of Defense Architecture
Framework (DoDAF), or Intelligence Community's (IC) Program Architecture Guidance
(PAG). Demonstrated proficiency with the Cameo architecture tool, or similar tools. Experience with or in-depth understanding of MBSE. Desired Skills and Experience: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program. Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering, processes, and tools. Federated Enterprise Architect Certifications: Certified Enterprise
Architect. National Defense University, College of Information and Cyberspace, Enterprise Architecture
Certification. Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program/project work
experience. Previous IC or DoD program/project work
