We're looking for a Systems Engineer (Test) SME to validate system functionality through the definition of testing methodologies, execution of performance evaluations, and enforcement of quality assurance standards. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about delivering high-quality, mission-critical systems-this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

Define testing methodologies to validate system functionality. Execute performance evaluations and system assessments. Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards. Operate independently across multiple work areas (Full Performance level). Lead major technical assignments and supervise teams (Senior level). Provide strategic technical and management leadership (Expert level).

Requirements

TS/SCI clearance required (includes additional security screenings) Level Requirements:

Full Performance / Journeyman Level

High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience, OR

Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, OR

Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience, OR

Master's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience

Operates independently with expertise in multiple work areas

Senior-Level

High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience, OR

Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, OR

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience, OR

Master's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience, OR

PhD with 2 years of relevant experience

Leads major technical assignments and supervises teams

Expert / Master-Level

High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience, OR

Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, OR

Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, OR

Master's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience, OR

PhD with 4 years of relevant experience
