at St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital is seeking outstanding candidates for postdoctoral research fellowships. These fellowships include elective concentrations in biobehavioral health and pediatric psychology, and in cognitive neuroscience. As a Research Fellow, you will benefit from access to a top-tier scientific environment, a competitive stipend (24% above NIH levels), excellent health benefits, professional development, and outstanding mentoring.
The Department includes 24 faculty across clinical, clinician-scientist and research tracks and houses robust clinical and research training programs at the post-doctoral fellowship (including NIH T32 funded slots), pre-doctoral internship and graduate student practicum levels. The Department also maintains comprehensive clinical-research and data science resources. Shared institutional resources are readily available, including biorepository and clinical biomarkers labs, biostatistics, applied bioinformatics, proteomics and metabolomics and a variety of brain and body imaging resources (MRI, fMRI, DTI, MRS, fNIRS, PET), among other resources.
Eligibility criteria for postdoctoral research fellowship:
Doctoral degree in related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Attention to detail, strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Interest in pursuing research-focused academic career.
