What You Will Do
Manage projects delivering chemistry and equipment solutions related to process water and effluent recycling for Microelectronics customers. Lead projects from ideation to commercialization, collaborating across functions like marketing, sales, and supply chain. Develop a technological roadmap for water, wastewater, and automation in Microelectronics. Engage with customers, sales engineers, and marketing to translate industry challenges into research platforms. Provide advanced technical support for Microelectronics customers. Develop innovative chemistries, automation, and digital tools for the industry, focusing on process water and wastewater treatment. Collaborate with researchers and field technicians to deploy new innovations. Minimum Qualifications
PhD in Chemistry or related field with 2 years of R&D experience, or MS in Chemistry or related field with 4 years of R&D experience. Experience in developing innovative chemical, automation, or digital technologies for process and industrial wastewater applications. Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international). Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role. Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing chemical technologies for microelectronics process and effluent management. Proven project leadership and strategic roadmap implementation skills. At least 2 years of industry experience in microelectronics, focusing on contaminant removal or related areas. Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams. Compensation & Benefits
