We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Front Office Assistant & TMS Technician. This dual-role position involves managing front office administrative tasks while also supporting the delivery of TMS therapy to patients with treatment-resistant depression and other psychiatric conditions. Responsibilities: Medical Front Office Duties: • Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner • Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and electronic systems • Verify insurance coverage and collect copays or payments • Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the EHR • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails • Ensure the waiting room and front desk area are clean and organized • Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and faxing TMS Technician Duties: • Administer TMS therapy in accordance with established protocols and physician orders • Set up and calibrate TMS equipment prior to each session • Monitor patients during treatment, documenting responses and reporting concerns to clinical staff • Provide emotional support to patients undergoing therapy • Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records • Ensure cleanliness and functionality of TMS treatment room and equipment • Participate in ongoing training and education related to TMS and patient care Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Comfortable working with patients experiencing mental health conditions • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure • Basic computer skills; familiarity with EHR systems • Willingness to be trained in TMS technology and protocols Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
