Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong working experience in Tricentis Tosca & model based automation solution implementation
• Tosca Certfied
• Proficient in one or many scripting languages (VBScript, JavaScript, C# etc.)
• Hands-on experience utilizing various open source and market-leading vended solutions (Selenium, Spock Groovy, SoapUI etc)
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required
• Strong analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of Web Services Standards (SOAP, XML, WSDL, UDDI)
• Experience implementing Service Virtualization for QA teams
• Knowledge in Test/Defect Management tools HP ALM/CA Rally

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible to develop and deliver automation strategy/roadmap to drive transformation of client quality
• Execute on and/or own the design, implementation and evolution of test automation framework(s)
• Partner with quality assurance leaders in enabling complex testing strategies with automation
• Research and implement advanced features of test automation in support of an agile environment
• Define test automation standard methodologies, standards and guidelines; provide oversight as appropriate
• Consult and provide direction on automation techniques
• Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as managing outside contract testers.
• Keep apprised of innovative test automation approaches and tooling trends

Salary Range-$100,000-$140,000 a year
