Parsons is seeking a talented TSCM/Cyber Technical Analyst to join our team. Overall Assignment:
Develop policies, procedures, and reporting requirements for NGA’s Persistent Knight program, specifically for operational-level TSCM/Cyber analysts. Duties include:
Conduct daily TSCM Cyber missions:
Coordinate with NGA Cyber stakeholders, install equipment, analyze cyber data, investigate findings, brief customers, and report within established timeframes, ensuring compliance with regulations. Develop new TSCM Cyber capabilities:
Research and test new technologies, create procedural guides, and train practitioners. Maintain expertise in TSCM and TSCM Cyber:
Attend training to meet DoD 8570 IAT II requirements, research advanced cyber security topics, and ensure compliance with NGA training plans. Assist with technical operations:
Conduct security services, provide reports, advise on technological upgrades, and stay informed on national and international developments. Skills and Experience:
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in federal TSCM cyber work. Interagency TSCM Certification, with ongoing discipline-specific training. TSCM Cyber certification (e.g., TSCM Fundamentals, or equivalent). A+, Network+, Sec+ certifications per DoD 8140. Experience with telephone security, VoIP, cloud systems, and network vulnerabilities. Credentialed graduate of a federal or DoD CI training academy. Desired: Post-graduate degree in relevant fields. Security Clearance:
