Celstar Corporation is seeking a Senior Geospatial Analyst supporting the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Facilities and Infrastructure Characterization and Analysis (FICA) located in Charlottesville, VA. As the lead GEOINT analyst, this person shall have expertise with intelligence production of facilities and infrastructure; and expertise with facility-centric targeting methodology and tradecraft. Have a superior understanding of GEOINT processes, activities, standards and available analytic tools. The Lead GEOINT analyst shall have at least 7 years demonstrated experience supporting Special Operations/Special Missions, human targeting, special activities, or other relevant non-standard GEOINT support to highly specialized customers. Lead GEOINT analyst shall excel at developing GEOINT strategies to support targeting. The lead GEOINT analyst shall have experience working with unique collection assets and capabilities. Required Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. 14 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. At least 5 years of that time supporting Special Operations/Special Missions, human targeting, special activities, or other relevant non-standard GEOINT support to highly specialized customers. Desired Education:
Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category. Required Certifications/Schooling:
