Talascend is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a contract opportunity in Warren, MI.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scheduling interviews initiating and tracking drug screen and backgrounds during pre-employment stage for hourly and salary employees. Provide topnotch candidate care. Ensure timely and accurate feedback to all inquiries for our Candidates Recruiters Hiring Managers and HR Partners. Interview scheduling and manage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidate and interview teams. Initiate and monitor background checks and drug screens through completion via HireRight. Responsible for troubleshooting and researching all background check and drug screen questions and concerns. Manage and maintain candidate tracker and Applicant Tracking System with candidate pre-employment results using Excel and Workday. Communicate to recruiting team any stated or perceived challenges throughout the recruiting interviewing and onboarding process. QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required. 3-5 years of related experience required.
