Business Analyst Job description: CSI Companies is looking for a Business Analyst responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. Business Analysts will research and review up-to-date business processes and new IT advancements to make systems more modern. Yearly Total Pay: $45-55/hr 100% Remote Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Graduate's Degree in business, computer engineering, computer science, or information systems, or equivalent experience Certification in programs such as Agile, SQL, or Scrum Fluent in statistics and able to conduct business process analysis Maintains communication with fellow analysts and claims leadership to ensure proper assignment strategy, load-balancing, and implementation of any ongoing business process improvements Responsibilities: Develop knowledge of metrics and tools, and how to recommend changes and/or take actions to improve business outcomes Access data through moderately complex querying and develop an understanding of how data flows through the various claims systems Research Analysts read articles, news briefs, and financial reports; and report the most compelling intelligence to clients Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Additional Business Analyst duties may apply
