We strive to give our employees the tools needed to become successful and advance within our firm. Due to continuous growth, our team is looking to bring an experienced Tax Manager to join our team! Must have 3+ Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm) and be located near Ellicott City, MD. In return, we are offering a competitive salary ($120k-$170k) Depending on Experience, Full Benefits (including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k Match, etc.), Annual Bonuses, Generous PTO, and Paid Holidays. What You Will Be Doing - Reviewing tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates - Planning and managing personnel - Maintain client relationships - knowledge of clients and all faucets of the client's business - Recommend/identify tax strategies that better position a client - Understand client tax issues/research tax issues - Assist other tax members with accounting responsibilities What You Need for this Position - Must have 3+ Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm) - Located near Ellicott City, MD and can work on a hybrid schedule in office.
