The Data Platform Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable data architecture solutions that meet business needs. This role exists to ensure the efficient processing, storage, and retrieval of data across various platforms, enabling data-driven decision-making within the organization. You will work together with other highly dedicated and skilled colleagues focused on the mission of ensuring stable, efficient, and compliant IT services. The data platform architect will also assist the data platform system management team build scalable platforms suitable for the business requirements. The scope of this role includes managing data architecture projects, overseeing data governance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions. Evaluates and Selects data technologies and tools for optimal performance. Oversees data governance policies to ensure compliance and security. Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent with 8 years of applicable industry experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of applicable industry experience OR Master’s degree 3 years of applicable industry experience OR PhD with 2 years of applicable industry experience Key Skills Technical skills and experience working with SQL server, Snowflake, data visualization tools and ETL systems Excellent oral and written communications skills and fluency in English Collaborative attitude with the willingness to work with global peers and cross-functional teams toward company and department goals Ability to prioritize and work autonomously based on common goals and objectives. Strong analytical mind, eye for detail and problem-solving skills. A natural drive for simplification. Quality minded. High sense of responsibility.
