As part of our global business partner program tools and systems roll-out, we are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support data migration and QA efforts. Ideally, you will have experience in Managing projects or work across multiple cross-functional teams or geographies Driving operational processes to meet deadlines Experience with data migration or data management Experience with quality assurance Preferred skills include:
Extreme attention to detail Ability to manage operational processes Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with Salesforce an asset (but not required)
Duties of the role:
This role will work with both WW team members (Based in North America) and International team members (across 9 key regions globally) This role will touch multiple cross-functional teams, including WW and Regional sales and program management, Business process realisation (BPR), Information Systems and Technology (IS&T), amongst others Working with two key partner-facing systems (Partner Gateway and Partner Discovery Tool), this individual will be responsible for organising and consolidating data required to transfer into systems This individual will then manage the data migration efforts across multiple regions into the systems, including uploading documentation and ensuring correct back-end folder and data structures Finally, this role will ensure quality assurance for all data migrated into systems, reporting back on any issues with data quality or technical issues found during migration
