Peraton is seeking a Technical Project Manager with a network engineering background to perform as a consultant for leading edge information technologies and methodologies to join our team in the Annapolis Junction MD., area. Our dynamic team provides full spectrum network connectivity including architecture, engineering, development, integration, deployment, configuration management, project management and network security services to the global enterprise, as well as systems and cloud engineering services for application modernization and transition of legacy applications into hybrid cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background coupled with network engineering background, as well as experience with network vendor products (i.e. Cisco, Palo Alto, Sonicwall, etc.). The

duties may include but are not limited to: Consult in highly specialized, leading edge information technologies and methodologies. Provide technical guidance concerning automated solutions to complex analysis. Maintain network infrastructure standards including network communication protocols. Complete medium to large complex projects and major phases of very large projects. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering science, or related discipline and 10 years of relevant IT experience is required. Five (5) years of additional IT related experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Active/current TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Information Technology field is required. Experience leading medium to large complex projects, with emphasis on technical leadership and customer service. Experience with basic service level ticketing process. Experience managing infrastructure build-outs consistent with industry standards. Demonstrated understanding of outside plant cable engineering, with ability to engage with commercial vendors on new and/or existing builds that support high bandwidth applications and requirements. Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. EEO
