We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic, experienced
Technical Services Analyst
to work on-site at a client location. Our successful candidate will have a history of customer service experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to solve technical challenges in a fast-paced environment! Responsibilities and Duties Complete the installation, calibration, and testing of IT equipment and peripherals. Monitor systems operations to detect potential problems. Perform basic system and software integration and hardware troubleshooting. Support technical rehearsals for IT projects. Use the system operating system (Windows 7 and up) to perform tasks such as adding and removing users. Monitor equipment to ensure optimal operation. Deliver service that creates positive, memorable experiences for end-users. Requirements Exceptional customer service, organizational, and time management skills. Hands-on technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technologies. Background in desktop support with input and output devices and process experience. Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software. Understanding of network infrastructure and software applications is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Deadline-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Qualifications 3+ years' experience with a B2B service provider is a plus. Professional certifications such as ITF+, A+, N+, S+ are a plus. Prerequisite The company will not provide a vehicle.
