Test Analyst Healthcare Functional and Automation Testing

- Qualifications
Basic
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred
- Minimum 2 years of core Healthcare domain expertise within Testing, with hands-on experience with web application & .Net batch application testing and creating medium to high complexity SQL queries.
- Exposure to US healthcare system like HCR, Medicare/Medicaid, Compliance, HIPAA, Healthcare Exchange, and QNXT application knowledge.
- Proficient in Automation implementation, scripting, script reviews, and imparting automation skills to team members (QTP, RFT, Selenium, Cucumber, Java). Working knowledge on IBM RQM, CQ, and RTC.
- Expertise in Software Life Cycle Methodologies like waterfall and Agile, with exposure to testing estimation models.
- Ability to work with multiple/diverse stakeholders, coordinate with people, and interface with clients.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
