The Senior Technical Writer will plan, create, and maintain educational content, ensuring that complex topics are explained in a useful manner for the audience. Responsibilities: • Plan, write, and maintain high-quality user-focused engineering documentation for multiple Artificial Intelligence (AI) products and services. • Develop direct expertise with our internal portfolio of tools. • Own the documentation experience for a portfolio of mission-critical projects and design information architecture for complex documentation sets. • Work closely with project teams to uncover requirements, and plan and execute on documents. Facilitate, edit, and curate documentation produced by product managers and engineers. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience. • 6 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks). • Experience in technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing. • Experience with designing information architecture for documentation sets. • Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers on requirements gathering and technical documentation. Preferred: • Experience with Large Language Model (LLMs) and AI-driven development. • Experience developing and delivering a high volume of content assets and processes across multiple teams. • Experience in a UNIX environment. • Ability to navigate ambiguity, support multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to negotiate the scope of deliverables and content requirements with stakeholders.
