We are seeking a motivated and skilled engineer to join our on-site IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Tier 1 and 2 support to end-users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Responsibilities:
Tier 1 and 2 Support:
Respond to and resolve IT support requests from end-users in a timely manner. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing clear instructions for resolution. Collaborate with team members to escalate complex problems as needed.
Desktop and User Support:
Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access permissions. Conduct training sessions to empower end-users and enhance their technical skills. Gain hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms. Assist in basic cloud maintenance tasks.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations. Create technical documentation and manuals for end users.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience providing Tier 1 and 2 support in an IT environment. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Seniority level
