We are looking for a visionary Technology Solutions Designer who will play a crucial role in evolving and optimizing our Quickbase-based business application—a cornerstone of our operations for over 13 years. This dynamic position involves designing and delivering innovative technological solutions across all departments, improving efficiencies and unlocking the full potential of our systems. Key Responsibilities: Quickbase Innovation & Optimization:
Define project requirements and processes to guide the development of new features, collaborating with external developers for high-quality solutions. Engage in hands-on configuration and no-code development to prototype and troubleshoot features. Cross-Departmental Technology Enablement:
Partner with various departments to enhance reporting technologies, integrate diverse tools, and transform workflows. Lead significant projects, including a comprehensive inventory system. Testing & Quality Assurance:
Oversee QA processes to ensure application reliability and performance, implementing strategies that enhance scalability. Stakeholder, Vendor & Team Management:
Align technology solutions with business goals while managing relationships with external developers and IT support. Mentor one onsite direct report, promoting growth and development. Business Application Ecosystem:
Spearhead consolidation of project management tools, integrating them with Quickbase and Microsoft applications, and optimizing workflows for greater efficiency. Future Vision:
This role lays the groundwork for potential growth into a leadership position overseeing a development team as our company expands. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a technology solutions role or related field. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant experience. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and integration patterns. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Understanding of cybersecurity principles and project management methodologies. Compensation and Benefits: Annual salary between $110,000.00 and $140,000.00, along with health, dental, and vision benefits, 401K contributions and match, and paid time off.
