Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of multi-state payroll and related activities through Oracle HCM system. Maintain compensation objectives and ensure they are in line with General RV Center's processes and procedures. Create and promote a department culture of internal customer service to General RV employees and stakeholders. Act as subject matter expert to payroll specialist and stakeholders with any compensation related questions or issues. Monitor the payroll process and compensation programs in order to streamline operations and make recommendations for improved processes where needed. Other duties as requested by management. Qualifications
4+ years of payroll experience, supervisory or management experience required. Previous experience with Oracle HCM and ADP is preferred but not required. Must have experience processing payroll on a computer-based or web-based system. Knowledge of all applicable federal (DOL) and multi-state payroll and employment laws. Understanding of wage attachments such as garnishments, child support, levies etc. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to exercise considerable discretion and judgment in handling the highest level of confidential information. Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Reliable and strong work ethic.
