The TOPS Vendor Management Consultant I supports core administrative activities and processes within the TOPS Vendor Management program. This role is responsible for precise management of tasks such as contingent worker management, approvals, and data management. By leveraging strong attention to detail, process management, and stakeholder engagement, the Consultant ensures streamlined administration of the program. A commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and learning is essential to be successful in this position. What you'll do: Manage core administrative activities and processes within the IT Vendor Management program. Ensure precise management of tasks such as contingent worker management, approvals, and data management. Leverage strong attention to detail, process management, and stakeholder engagement to streamline the administration of the program. Demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and learning. What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration or related field of study, or four (4) years' experience. (Required) Experience with Lean Methodology. (Preferred) Demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement. Identifying and implementing incremental changes to processes on an ongoing basis. (Preferred) Ability to effectively and professionally communicate through oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Track record of consistently driving tasks to completion and taking accountability for work and results with demonstrated good judgment and strong decision-making skills. Ability and willingness to work effectively under stressful situations and/or time constraints. Proactively engages across functions so that the processes run smoothly and effectively. Ability to work collaboratively with partners outside of our organization toward common goals and outcomes. Detailed oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of information. Detects potential defects and proactively eliminates errors. The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience. The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range. National Plus Salary Range: $60,300.00 - $96,500.00 *National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
