As part of this team of highly specialized design professionals, you will support a variety of substation, transmission and distribution projects ranging from 12kV to 500kV in both engineering detailed design and Engineer, Procure, Construct (EPC) projects for clients throughout the country.nnDistrict OverviewnnKiewit Power Delivery is a full-service engineering and construction solutions provider operating across North America. Worth, or Houston, TX.nnResponsibilitiesnn• Provide overall project coordination and engineering oversight on assigned substation projects.n• Specification development for the procurement, installation and testing of substation equipment.n• Apply engineering application software to complete engineering tasks such as ground grid design, equipment sizing, relay coordination, and electrical studies.n• Communicate and coordinate project activities with project manager, customer representatives, and other stakeholders.nnQualificationsnn• Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited universityn• At least seven years’ experience performing engineering related dutiesn• Knowledge of engineering standards including NEC, NESC, NEMA, IEEE and ANSIn• Professional Engineer (PE)n• Legally able to work within the United States for any length of timen• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English languagenn#LI-RF1nnOther Requirements:nnRegular, reliable attendancenWork productively and meet deadlines timelynCommunicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.nPerform work safely and effectively.
