The Pediatric ICU Float Pool Nurse is a compassionate and highly skilled healthcare professional responsible for delivering exceptional pediatric critical care in the Pediatric ICU, Pediatric Cardiac ICU, and Neonatal ICU.
This role requires adaptability, expertise, and a strong commitment to providing the best care to critically ill pediatric patients. As a member of the Pediatric ICU Float Pool, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that children and their families receive the highest quality care during their most critical moments.

Who Should Apply:
Associate degree in Nursing required
Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
BLS CPR certification required
RN experience required
Applicants with an Associates degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
