Dykema's Business Litigation Practice Group is seeking an associate with 3–7 years of experience to join our Chicago office. Significant litigation experience is essential, including expertise in all facets of litigation practice. Responsibilities include motion practice, discovery, brief writing, witness deposition preparation, taking and defending depositions, attending court appearances, client interaction, trial preparation, and trial participation. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in all aspects of case management, including fact investigation and discovery. Strong written communication and oral advocacy skills are crucial. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Admission to the Illinois bar is required. The salary range for this position is expected to start at $178,000 and may vary based on skills and experience level.
