We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative
UX Developer
to bridge the gap between design and development. You will work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and front-end developers to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences. Your role involves translating wireframes and prototypes into functional front-end code while ensuring design consistency, responsiveness, and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate UX/UI designs into functional, interactive front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue). Collaborate with UX designers to refine user journeys, conduct usability testing, and implement feedback. Ensure user interfaces are accessible, responsive, and optimized for performance across devices and browsers. Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow and interaction. Maintain design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency and efficiency. Stay current with UX trends, front-end technologies, and best practices. Conduct user research, A/B testing, and analytics review to inform improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UX Developer or Front-End Developer with a focus on UX. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Familiarity with UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision. Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility. Experience working with RESTful APIs and version control (Git). Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in an agile environment. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field. Experience with user testing, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar), and usability studies. Familiarity with design systems (e.g., Material UI, Bootstrap). Experience with CMSs (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) or e-commerce platforms.
