As a leading SaaS platform in the fintech space, we’re trusted by some of the largest independent broker-dealers and RIAs to power the full advisor and client experience—from portfolio construction and reporting to compliance and client engagement. What sets us apart? It's not just the tech (though it's best-in-class). It's the people, the purpose, and the passion behind everything we do. We’re a team of builders, thinkers, and doers who believe that great companies are defined by the stories they tell and the experiences they create—internally and externally. We bring deep industry expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to innovation as we reshape what’s possible in wealth management. As we grow, we’re looking for teammates who are ready to roll up their sleeves, think big, and help elevate our brand in a way that reflects the bold ambitions we have for our company and the clients we serve. Join us, and be part of a company that's not only moving fast—but making it count. We’re looking for a frontend engineer to build rich, interactive interfaces for working with LLM agents. These aren’t chatbots—they’re complex workflows, and we need powerful yet intuitive UIs to help users guide, correct, and collaborate with agentic systems. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing the interfaces that expose our agent framework to users: live previews, editable output, multi-step workflows, embedded assistants, and feedback tools. You’ll work closely with AI and backend engineers to turn orchestration and API layers into a high-trust, high-usability product surface . What You’ll Do Build the canvas for AI-powered workflows, allowing users to review, refine, and interact with agent-generated output Design components for chat, inline editing, trace visibility, context previews, and feedback collection Integrate with backend APIs and our agentic framework to visualize multi-step reasoning and output evolution Help establish frontend conventions and patterns for scaling agent UIs across domains Partner with designers (or lead UX if needed) to define and refine the user experience of AI interaction You Might Be a Fit If You’ve built rich, interactive UIs for complex workflows—especially those involving async results, multi-step logic, or human-in-the-loop systems You’re excited by the challenge of designing trustworthy, agent-first UX—users need to understand, steer, and trust what the AI is doing You enjoy collaborating with backend and AI engineers to push product ideas forward Must-Haves 4+ years frontend experience with React or Angular or equivalent Experience working with real-time APIs, async workflows, or streaming UI updates Strong UI/UX instincts—can turn vague requirements into polished flows Comfortable building UI components for forms, chat, trace views, collapsible agents/tool panels, etc. Bonus Built UIs for AI-powered apps, developer tools, or workflow builders Familiar with feedback collection, trace replay, or user-guided revision tools Experience designing for trust, transparency, and correctness in LLM output UX Comfortable working across the stack (e.g.. Python) when needed Why This Role Matters The quality of an agent is only as good as the interface that exposes it. This role is about designing the interactive surface where users collaborate with intelligence, not just click a button and hope it worked. You'll help define how users steer, understand, and debug agent behavior—and set the tone for what agentic UX can and should feel like. Why You’ll Love Working Here: It’s not just about work—it’s about building a career and enjoying the ride! We believe in recognizing and rewarding performance. Our compensation package includes competitive base salaries, annual performance-based bonuses, and the chance to share in the equity value you and your colleagues create during your time with the company. We offer comprehensive health benefits, including dental, life, and disability insurance. We also trust our employees to manage their time effectively, which is why we offer an unlimited paid time off program to help you perform at your best every day. Join us on this journey.
