Job Description: We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Android UI Engineer to join our growing mobile development team in the USA. The ideal candidate will focus on designing and implementing visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-performance interfaces for Android applications. You will work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to transform creative concepts into intuitive and functional mobile experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain beautiful, responsive user interfaces for Android applications. Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality code. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement custom UI components and animations to enhance user experience. Work with Android Studio, XML layouts, and design systems to maintain UI consistency. Conduct usability testing and resolve any UI/UX issues. Stay updated with the latest Android UI trends, libraries, and best practices. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry standards. Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of UI with backend services. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or related field. 3+ years of experience as an Android Developer focusing on UI/UX. Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin. Extensive experience with XML layouts, custom views, and Material Design principles. Proficiency in Android SDK and UI frameworks. Knowledge of mobile design patterns, guidelines, and best practices. Experience with animations, transitions, and responsive layouts. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of back-end services. Strong understanding of version control tools like Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Experience with motion design and animation libraries. Familiarity with Jetpack Compose is a plus. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
