We are a fast-growing, clinically advanced, privately owned healthcare practice seeking a dynamic and results-drivenPractice Directorto help guide our continued growth and operational excellence. ThePractice Directorwill be pivotal in monitoring and reporting on practice performance, driving decision-making, and optimizing operational efficiency. Working closely with ownership, the Practice Director will refine processes, support long-term growth and profitability, and maintain a strong focus on delivering outstanding patient care and nurturing a positive team culture.
This role will focus on identifying opportunities to improve patient care, achieve strategic objectives, and ensure the practice is meeting its financial and operational goals. The Practice Director will play a key role in monitoring performance through KPIs and dashboards, implementing feedback from ownership, and reporting on practice outcomes to guide decision-making and continuous improvement. Working closely with ownership, this position will be instrumental in refining processes, enhancing patient experiences, and ensuring the practice’s long-term growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day practice operations and implement strategic growth initiatives.
KPI Oversight: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the practice is meeting its goals and guide decision-making.
Strategic Planning: Implement and align practice vision and long-term goals to support continued growth and success.
Team Development: Provide mentorship and leadership to all team members, ensuring alignment with practice objectives and fostering a positive, motivated team culture.
Ownership Collaboration: Work directly with ownership on business performance, profitability, and actionable insights to guide strategic direction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data oversight and performance reporting within a healthcare or similar industry.
Strong experience in HR management practices including employee development, performance reviews, and managing a diverse team.
A strategic thinker with a track record of effective decision-making based on data and KPIs.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive results, maintain accountability, and nurture a positive, high-performing team culture.

Compensation:
Starting salary of $70K , negotiable based on experience.
