This Tenure-track Assistant Professor Position Is Part Of a Strategic Expansion In The Department Of Molecular Pharmaceutics, Running Parallel To The Sung Wan Kim Endowed Chair Search. The Department Seeks To Broaden Its Research Strengths And Foster New Directions In Pharmaceutical Sciences. The Primary Research Areas Of Interest Include, But Are Not Limited To

This newly created tenure-track faculty position is one of two new roles aimed at expanding the department’s research portfolio. Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants for this Assistant Professor position will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
– Hold a doctoral degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent) in molecular pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical sciences, bioengineering, biotechnology, or a closely related field.
– Have completed postdoctoral research experience.
– Demonstrate a strong potential for securing extramural research funding.
– Exhibit a record of innovative, independent research or possess a well-developed research plan in one or more of the target areas.
