Our team, Worldwide Amazon Stores Finance Automation & Standardization, is at the center of driving finance transformation for the largest business inside Amazon. We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking UX Designer to become a key member of our team. As a UX Designer on our team, you will help shape the future of our high-impact product, and work closely with a cross-functional group of engineers and product managers to deliver a bar-raising experience for finance products. This role requires a big-picture vision and meticulous attention to detail as you bring our product roadmap to life for finance users. Key job responsibilities - Work with key partners, product, and engineers to understand the customer needs and deliver strategic customer experiences across modalities - Bring strong, user-centered design skills and business knowledge to translate conceptual ideas into design solutions - Rapidly produce flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interactions - Present and defend design recommendations to stakeholders and leadership for review, feedback, and approval - Work with technology teams to build efficiently, without compromising core experience principles
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of mass-market consumer web / mobile products experience - Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs - Experience with e-commerce, search, social, and other major application types and their UX patterns - Experience creating services and applications with multiple user touch points on different platforms and devices

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $184,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
