As a new Universal Banker at Generations Bank in Camden, AR, you can expect a dynamic and engaging daily routine centered around exceptional customer service and community involvement. Your day will involve assisting customers with various banking needs, from account inquiries to loan applications, ensuring a seamless banking experience. You will be responsible for building and nurturing customer relationships, providing knowledgeable guidance, and addressing inquiries with care and professionalism. Your regular schedule will be Monday through Friday, providing a stable work-life balance. You will work either from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, allowing you to engage with our valued customers during peak hours.
