The V.I.E. program allows young professionals under 28, who are EU nationals, to work abroad for up to 24 months in a French company, with social coverage and a salary depending on the host country. Mission Description: Drive a culture of "Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time" in daily actions and communication. Co-lead the solid precursor development project, scaling up synthesis, purification, and analysis from grams to multi-kilogram quantities. Address in-line analysis challenges in solid precursor treatment processes. Collaborate with development engineers/process specialists to scale up and industrialize manufacturing and treatment processes. Work with the packaging team to develop testing/treatment methods, perform flow tests, and manage post-treatment of precursors. Interface with product management and quality teams to develop new products through internal stage gate processes and meet customer quality standards. Coordinate with sales, marketing, safety, quality, supply chain, and other functions. Engage with customers to understand process challenges and provide solutions. Summarize and present project updates. The VIE is expected to develop into a chemical manufacturing expert with strong R&D, process development, and project management skills. Are you a MATCH? Education:
Master's Degree in chemistry or chemical engineering Must have: Proven experience handling hazardous chemicals safely in academic or manufacturing settings Excellent writing and communication skills Experience with analytical instrumentation, methodology development, and data analysis for air-sensitive compounds (NMR, TGA, FT-IR, Raman, PXRD) Nice to have: Hands-on experience with air and moisture sensitive molecules Languages:
