The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading high-performing, cross-functional data teams to cultivate a data-driven culture and support data-informed decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with business leaders to identify innovation opportunities, enhance operational efficiency, and communicate complex insights effectively. The VP will also oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and governance frameworks, with a focus on ensuring data quality and empowering self-service analytics. Additionally, the role includes owning pricing strategies and driving business outcomes through dynamic pricing models, price elasticity analyses, and experimentation initiatives. Candidates for the VP of Data & Analytics position at the company should have a Master's degree in a technical field and at least 10 years of leadership experience in data and analytics. Deep expertise in large, complex datasets, predictive analytics, machine learning, and advanced analytical tools is essential.
