The Role at a Glance As SVP, Construction, you’ll oversee a seasoned team of VPs and Directors, leading the charge from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout. Your mission: deliver next-generation infrastructure on time, on budget, and at unmatched quality standards. You’ll drive strategic initiatives, integrate cross-functional teams, and shape the direction of a growing enterprise that refuses to settle for “just okay.” Your impact will include: Full ownership of all construction functions across a major North American campus Leadership of capital expenditure budgets in the billions Cross-functional integration with Site Development, Design, Procurement, Operations, and more Elevating contractor and vendor relationships with a long-term vision Serving as a thought leader on construction excellence, cost optimization, and delivery innovation Mentoring and scaling a high-performing team in a safety-first culture Who we’re looking for: Executive-level leader with 15–20 years in construction, ideally with a focus on hyperscale data centers or mission-critical infrastructure Proven track record managing large-scale, high-value CSA and MEP construction from the ground up Deep knowledge of cost analysis, project controls, and financial forecasting A cross-functional collaborator with excellent communication and leadership skills Ready to relocate or be based onsite to lead from the front What you’ll get: An executive platform to define and deliver major capital programs Above-market total compensation and performance-based rewards A culture with zero ego, zero arrogance, and a shared commitment to doing hard things well Comprehensive health, retirement, and leave benefits, plus ongoing training and development Why This Role?
