A growing NC-based steel fabrication company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead all aspects of its high-volume manufacturing facility. This executive role will oversee production, drive process improvement, ensure product quality and champion a safety-first culture. The ideal candidate brings more than 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience (preferably in structural steel), a strong background in operations strategy and a proven ability to manage teams, control costs and deliver on performance goals.
