The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving global campaign strategies that result in significant year-on-year growth. This role demands a creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset, capable of leading a multidisciplinary team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of digital products into broader marketing initiatives. The VP of Growth Marketing will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and leading a team, defining marketing strategies, and overseeing the execution of integrated demand generation campaigns. A strong understanding of B2B enterprise marketing and HR solutions is essential, as is the ability to manage a substantial demand generation budget and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Applicants for the Vice President of Growth Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in demand generation or growth marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. The role requires a leader with a scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit, capable of driving strategy, influencing stakeholders, and leading a team to success. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing localized marketing campaigns, be adept at campaign planning, and have strong project management skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred.
