Video Operations Specialist (VOS) - Fulltime
We are seeking a Video Operations Specialist (VOS) for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have:
5-7 years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) as an L2 engineer or team lead, with expertise in video network operations or technical support, including broadcast, streaming, OTT platforms, and MVPD operations.
Good understanding of NOC monitoring tools and event handling.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.
Understanding of data networking, data communications, and video networking technologies.
Proficiency with switching/routing technologies and Cisco/Juniper device CLIs.
Deep understanding of audio/video technologies such as MPEG-4/H.264, HEVC/H.265, ASI, MPEG2 Transport Streams, SDI, ATSC, PCM, and AC3.
Experience with at least one video platform (e.g., Telestream, Tektronix, Medius, Sencore, Tag) and comprehensive knowledge of relevant video platforms.
Experience with a Video Delivery Network in areas like acquire, encode, encrypt, and deliver.
Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting on audio/video technologies, IPTV platforms, and switching/routing protocols.
Ability to guide Video Operations Analysts (Tier 1/Level 1 teams).
Experience in problem management and developing post-mortem reports in coordination with team leads.
This role is classified as Mid-Senior level and is a full-time employment opportunity. The industry focus is on IT Services and IT Consulting .
