Provide administrative support for marketing team initiatives and campaigns
Assist in managing social media accounts and scheduling posts
Maintain and organize digital marketing assets and files
Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and team communications
Support data entry and basic reporting for marketing metrics
Help prepare marketing presentations and documents
Manage and organize email communications
Assist with basic market research and data compilation
Support calendar management for marketing team members
Help track project deadlines and marketing campaign timelines
Qualifications: Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Detail-oriented mindset with strong multitasking capabilities
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Basic project management and organizational skills
Must be able to work during Chicago business hours
Previous internship or volunteer experience in marketing or administrative roles is a plus
