We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM and Copado to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce deployment pipeline, ensuring smooth CI/CD processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and securely. Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado for Salesforce development and deployment. Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and architects to streamline release management processes. Automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of Salesforce applications. Manage version control using Git and integrate with Copado for release governance. Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability. Maintain and enhance DevOps best practices, documentation, and compliance standards. Support sandbox management, data migration, and environment strategy. Ensure security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce DevOps processes. Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in DevOps or Release Engineering roles. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM. Proven experience with Copado for Salesforce DevOps. Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, and version control best practices. Familiarity with Salesforce metadata, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Experience with automated testing tools and scripting (e.g., Shell, Python, or JavaScript). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
Copado certification (e.g., Copado Fundamentals I/II). Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Admin). Experience with other DevOps tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, Jira, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $144,964 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
