Cashier/Warranty Administrator
to join our service team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and detail-oriented administrative work. You'll be the welcoming face of our service department while also managing accurate and timely warranty claim submissions.

Responsibilities: Cashier/Receptionist Duties: Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner Accurately process payments for service, parts, and sales transactions Balance the cash drawer and prepare end-of-day reports Answer and direct phone calls as needed Maintain a clean, organized cashier and front desk area Schedule service appointments and manage customer inquiries
Warranty Administrator Duties: Process warranty claims according to manufacturer and dealership policies Ensure proper documentation and coding of all warranty work Communicate with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers to gather required information Track claim status and follow up on any discrepancies or unpaid claims Maintain warranty files and update warranty-related documentation
Qualifications:
Prior cashier or receptionist experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
Be able to pass a background check and drug test
Must have a valid license
