WMS Project Manager
The WMS Project Manager will report to a larger task force (T/F) created to migrate the client’s SAP WMS to their proprietary platform, Cello. This senior/experienced role involves managing a small team within the T/F, communicating with clients and stakeholders, managing project scopes and directions, and providing expertise in SAP WMS. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements. Responsibilities: Generate project documentation (scope, objectives, requirements, schedule, status), develop project milestones, track project costs, and monitor development and testing progress. Document and track issues and risks, and communicate project status to management, clients, and stakeholders. Manage the WMS team/sub-unit within the Project T/F, reporting to T/F leaders. Provide subject matter expertise in SAP WMS. Assess current processes (As-Is) and advise on future enhancements (To-Be). Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients/stakeholders and HQ Project T/F Teams, requiring strong communication skills and bilingual proficiency in English and Korean. Qualifications: 9+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Bilingual in English (for clients) and Korean (for Cello/HQ Teams); strong communication skills for coordinating complex requirements. Experience with SAP WM or LE modules. Ability to analyze and interpret ABAP code is preferred. Managerial experience with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong sense of accountability and teamwork in a collaborative environment. Excellent understanding of project management processes, strategies, and resource management. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. Additional Information: All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
