OVERVIEW: We are looking for full-time Warehouse Team Members to join our dynamic team at the Smithton Distribution Center! Available Shifts: 2nd Shift:
Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm *earn $1/hr more 3rd Shift:
Sunday - Thursday 11:00pm - 7:00am *earn $1.50/hr more Hourly Pay Rates: Processing Associate: $17.50/hr Material Handler: $18.50/hr Special Equipment Operator: $19.15/hr Key Responsibilities: Meet production standards across all areas. Handle merchandise including stacking and opening boxes. Ensure accurate hanger usage for garments, hanging items according to store standards. Verify correct quantities for store and case pack. Accurately pick items for stores and report any discrepancies to the supervisor. Complete all documentation clearly and accurately. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Basic reading comprehension and numerical reasoning skills. Ability to keep pace with production standards. Proficient with tape machines, RF guns, and basic computer skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Manual dexterity and physical ability to perform tasks, including bending, stooping, reaching, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting cartons/bins weighing up to 40 or 50 lbs. repetitively.
