Warehouse Worker Opportunity
Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Warehouse Worker in Dayton, NJ. Responsibilities for a Warehouse Worker include but are not limited to: Unpack incoming customer shipments and prepare tools for the next stage in the repair process. Accurately log received items using the SAP system (training provided). Prepare and package outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and labeling. Complete Hazmat paperwork for applicable shipments (UPS/FedEx/LTL). Assist in warehousing and inventory control of spare parts and packaging materials. Organize and replenish packaging supplies to ensure availability and accessibility. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in accordance with 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement using LEAN practices. Support team goals by completing tasks efficiently and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). Participate in cross-functional tasks and other duties as assigned. Candidates for a Warehouse Worker must meet the following requirements to be considered: Regular heavy lifting of 50+ lbs. Occasional heavy lifting up to 75 lbs. required Warehouse material handling equipment and truck loading/unloading Must be able to tolerate prolonged standing, repetitive bending and reaching, and climbing up and down ladders What's in this Warehouse Worker position for you?
