2 Hour Learning is scaling a revolutionary K-12 model nationally—25-30 new campuses in six months. We need a strategic operator who can convert experience into execution across one critical domain: Regulatory, Onboarding Systems, or Finance.
This is not a consulting role. It's a builder's mandate with capital, authority, and urgency behind it. Our PE-backed education platform has proven that students master a year of content in just two hours daily. Now we're scaling nationally, and we need your operational excellence to make it happen.
What You Will Be Doing
Own and execute a national-scale domain with full decision authority and accountability Build scalable systems from zero-to-one across multiple states simultaneously Work directly with the founder and board to align capital deployment with execution Lead a cross-functional team of VPs, analysts, operations staff, and vendors Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate growth while maintaining operational efficiency
What You Won’t Be Doing
Delivering recommendations without implementation responsibility Navigating bureaucratic approval chains—you'll have direct founder access Delegating the hard decisions—you'll be the ultimate decision-maker Optimizing legacy systems—you'll create new infrastructure from first principles Waiting for perfect conditions—we're scaling now with urgency and conviction
Partner Key Responsibilities
Build and lead one of 2HL's national operating pillars—delivering launch-ready infrastructure at speed, with capital and conviction behind you.
Basic Requirements
10+ years of experience, including 5+ years at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG (Principal, Partner, or AP level preferred) Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives under significant pressure Direct leadership experience in regulatory strategy, systems onboarding, or financial operations Decisive operator with demonstrated ability to drive clarity and impact U.S. work authorization and capacity to travel approximately one week per month Proficiency with AI tools and ability to implement AI-enhanced workflows
Nice-to-have Requirements
Private equity-backed operations or transformation leadership experience Track record launching regulated or multi-site ventures at accelerated pace

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $400 USD/hour, which equates to $800,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
