AECOM's Water Business Line is seeking a dynamic, talented Water/Wastewater Engineer, PE - Project Manager for immediate employment to be based out of our Greenville, SC office. The appropriate qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career on water and wastewater projects. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Manages water and wastewater projects from planning through design and construction. Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for team. Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise. Responsibility of the project, including but not limited to financial performance, schedule, staffing, execution, and contract closeout. Provides guidance to and mentors subordinate staff. Ensure company project policies are followed including quality control. Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects. Participation in water industry association activities. Leads business development activities, pursuing new clients/projects, and managing project deliveries. Leads with an interest in developing and mentoring team members and demonstrated ability to successfully work in diverse teams and projects. Minimum Requirements: BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering plus 6 years of related experience. Registered Professional Engineer (PE). Demonstrated knowledge of water and wastewater treatment, pumping stations, collection and distribution systems and client/consultant relations experience. Must have a valid driver's license and as a condition of employment, must be able to pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records review. Preferred Qualifications: BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering plus 10 years of related experience in water/wastewater/water resources consulting and engineering management. Registered Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in South Carolina or capable of obtaining the required license within 9 months of employment. Additional Information: This position does not offer relocation assistance. Sponsorship for US Employment Authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $125,000.00 - $175,000.00.
