Web Content & Analytics Manager
to administer, optimize, and provide strategic oversight of AAMI’s digital ecosystem, including customer-facing platforms and internal tools. This role ensures the functionality, reliability, and continuous improvement of AAMI’s digital presence while providing data-driven insights to support organizational goals. This is a cross-departmental role focused on enhancing user experience and enabling data-informed decisions through business intelligence and analytics. Key Responsibilities: •
Administration of Web and Digital Platforms (approximately 40% of focus and effort): • Serve as the primary administrator and internal expert for AAMI’s web-based platforms, including the CMS, AMS, LMS, and other related digital systems. • Oversee the interoperability of web systems and platforms, ensuring content and data accuracy. • Manage relationships with external platform vendors, ensuring contracted deliverables, platform updates, and issue resolution are handled appropriately and timely. • Lead quality assurance and compliance initiatives for digital platforms, including SEO management, accessibility management, mobile responsiveness, and other appropriate initiatives • Develop and maintain SOP’s and training materials for internal staff interacting with the organization’s digital platforms. •
Web and Business Analytics (approximately 40% of focus and effort): • Build, maintain, and distribute dashboards and reports providing insights into web performance, content engagement, product traffic, user behavior, and other key areas of business intelligence using GA4, Salesforce and other BI tools. • Support data-informed decision-making across the organization by partnering with department heads and internal stakeholders to interpret data and extract business intelligence from data. • Track and optimize conversion funnels, tag performance, and attribution paths to inform campaign strategies, conversions, and enhance web UI/UX. • Work with Department Heads to understand AAMI business and prescribe ways to optimize internal processes and facilitate growth. •
IT and IS Projects (approximately 20% of focus and effort): • Serve as a liaison to other teams in the organization for digital transformation or cross-functional initiatives involving web or digital systems. • Support cross-functional technology projects such as platform migrations, data warehousing, SSO implementations, or security enhancements. • Research and pilot emerging digital and AI tools to enhance AAMI’s external presence and internal processes. Minimum Required Qualifications: • Undergraduate degree in a related field. Additional training in website operations and technology. • Minimum of three years’ experience and success in website content management/development. • Experience managing an outside web host and working with outside vendors. • Proficient in use of an enterprise-level CMS to manage web content. • Skill in the use of Adobe products such as Dreamweaver, Photo Shop, Adobe Acrobat, and Illustrator. • Skill in the use and analysis of web metrics and related tools. • Working knowledge of web-based media, UX/UI design, web layout and formatting, and responsive design. • Understanding of web technology stack (CSS/HTML, scripts, XML, hosting, etc.). • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook is required. • Focus on teamwork, and delivery of exceptional customer service. • Excellent work ethic, organizational, and communication skills. • Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to effectively complete tasks with minimal supervision. • Flexibility, able to switch priorities as needed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of medical or scientific content helpful. • Proficiency in administrating a site using the Sitefinity CMS or WordPress. • Working knowledge of applying AI tools. Working Conditions: • Normal in-office, virtual, and hybrid environment. • Flexible hours: day and some evening hours required to support special initiatives. • Travel infrequently (1 to 2 times per year) but may vary, usually within the US. • Hybrid work schedule, minimum of two days a week in Arlington, VA, office.
